Processing
Most cleared orders process within 24–48 business hours. Orders after 1:00 PM EST are handled next business day.

Shipping Rates
Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service. Typical ranges are listed below.
United States
- Standard (3–6 business days): $6.95–$9.95
- Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.95–$19.95
- Express (1–2 business days): $24.95+
Free Standard shipping on orders $100+ (after discounts, before tax).
International
- Tracked Postal (4–15 business days): $14.95–$29.95
- Express (2–6 business days): $29.95–$59.95

Delivery windows are estimates and exclude processing time, weekends, U.S. holidays, weather events, and customs inspections.
International Shipping & Duties
We ship to most international destinations. Carriers and services vary by country to ensure the best balance of speed, reliability, and cost.
- Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless noted at checkout.
- Recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees.
- We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce invoice values.
- Customs processing can extend delivery timelines beyond estimates.
Address & ID Requirements
Some countries require a tax ID or local contact number for import clearance. If needed, we’ll contact you after checkout to confirm details to avoid delays.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating after the first scan.
- Tracking links are also available in your account order history (if applicable).
- If tracking hasn’t updated for 3+ business days, contact us—we’ll check with the carrier.
- Packages marked delivered but not received may be located with a neighbor or building office; please check nearby first.

Additional Shipping Policies
We can modify addresses or cancel orders prior to shipment. Contact [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correction.
- We cannot reroute packages once in transit.
- Incorrect/insufficient addresses may cause return-to-sender; reshipment costs may apply.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, unpaid duties, or address issues, we’ll notify you. We can reship (additional postage) or issue a refund minus shipping fees once received back in original condition.
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. For lost in transit, contact us after 7 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international) from the last scan so we can file a trace.
Packages marked delivered are not considered lost; please check with neighbors or your building management first.
- We ship to PO Boxes via USPS services.
- APO/FPO/DPO are supported; allow additional transit time due to military handling.
- Shipments to freight forwarders are at the buyer’s risk beyond delivery to the forwarder.
Orders containing pre-order or backordered items may ship separately at no additional cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel as they dispatch.
