Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
- In original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging included (e.g., polybag, box, dust bag).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Final sale/clearance items and items marked “non‑returnable”.
- Gift cards and store credit purchases.
- Underwear, socks, face coverings, and other hygiene‑sensitive items.
- Items showing wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
- Items missing original packaging or tags.
How to Start a Return
- Request authorization: Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Pack your item(s): Use the original packaging when possible. Remove or cover old labels and include your order number inside the parcel.
- Ship the return: Use a trackable service. You’re responsible for loss/damage in transit if you do not use tracking and adequate packaging.
- Confirmation & refund: We’ll notify you upon receipt and after inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
- Timing: 3–5 business days after your return passes inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- Method: Original payment method only.
- Partial refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items not in original condition, missing parts, or returned outside the window if accepted at our discretion.
- Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. To avoid selling out, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we’ll confirm stock and options.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Labels: If we provide a prepaid label for a customer‑initiated return, we will deduct the label cost from your refund.
- Risk of loss: Use a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
International Returns
- International returns follow the same 14‑day window and eligibility rules.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are non‑refundable. You may be able to reclaim duties directly from your local customs office.
- Mark the shipment clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will prioritize replacements or issue a prepaid return label where applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Before shipment: Request a cancellation or address change as soon as possible. We’ll accommodate if the order hasn’t been processed.
- After shipment: We cannot modify or cancel. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once delivered.
Additional Terms
- Bundles and promotions: Items purchased as a bundle or with a free promotional gift must be returned together.
- Price adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on past orders.
- Fraud prevention: Returns are subject to inspection and verification. Excessive returns may be flagged.
